1. Booking & Confirmation

All bookings made through anugrahhomestay.com are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving a confirmation message or call from our team. Guests are required to provide valid government-issued photo ID at the time of check-in.

2. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in time: 11:00 AM
  • Check-out time: 11:00 AM (next day)
  • Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may carry an extra charge.

3. Payment

We accept payment via UPI, online card payment, or pay-on-arrival. Tariffs include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Vehicle service charges are billed separately based on usage and distance.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in.
  • 50% refund for cancellations between 3–7 days before check-in.
  • No refund for cancellations within 72 hours of check-in or in case of no-show.
  • Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7 working days.

5. House Rules

  • Smoking is not permitted inside rooms.
  • Loud music / parties are not allowed out of respect for other guests and neighbours.
  • Pets are allowed only with prior written approval.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property.

6. Liability

Anugrah Homestay is not liable for loss of personal belongings, accidents, or any injury caused during the stay or vehicle service. Guests use the facilities and travel services at their own risk.

7. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, landslides, road closures, strikes, or government restrictions.
